TOM BOATRIGHT

Tom began to paint through a series of angelic experiences in which he was instructed how to infuse metals into raw oils and resins. He creates organic artisan paints in the method of the masters. He paints in collaboration with spirit, a living ethos. He paints the energy of love, elemental harmony.
Tom has synesthesia, experiencing sound as light — color. His atelier is a sound chamber of Heaven and Earth, a resonance hall. As he paints, he allows himself to experience the vibration of sound and light, a fluid state of consciousness. He enters the Quintessence, the unseen realm of spirit. He paints to convey their hope to humanity. Sound and light are forms of Universal energy.
Tom paints in a sequence, creating an alchemical phenomenon to occur with each layer of paint. His paints are mixed with unique properties. When they are applied together the two create an organic fusion. He uses up to seven layers of paint in his process. The paints have luxurious metals, luminous iridescents, vibrant colors, organic textures and crystalline patterns. His emergent method and diverse techniques are visionary, inspired by spirit —angelic.
